What goes in the cabin

Tissue box cover

A bare cardboard tissue box in a rear footwell undoes a lot of careful presentation. Our cover is stitched black leatherette over a firm shell with a weighted base, so it stays where it is put on a center console or a rear shelf and does not slide under a seat on the first sharp turn. The opening is shaped so a single tissue comes up at a time, and the whole cover lifts off a standard box in a second when it needs refilling.

Bottle holders

Passengers expect a bottle of water within reach. A holder keeps it upright and quiet; a loose bottle rolls and knocks against trim. We make holders up in leatherette to suit the door cards or console of the cabin in question, which is why we ask about the vehicle first.

Seat-back pockets

A seat-back pocket holds the things a passenger might reach for — a phone charging lead, a printed route card, a folded umbrella sleeve — and keeps the rear floor clear. Ours fasten behind the front seats with adjustable straps and are cut to the seat width you give us.

The interior detailing kit

The kit is what the driver opens in the gap between jobs. It holds a set of microfiber cloths in two weaves (a plush one for leather and trim, a flat one for glass), two soft brushes for seams and air vents, and a tin of leather balm. Everything fits in a zipped case that lives in the trunk organizer.

Between jobs

A ten-minute cleaning routine

This is the sequence we suggest to fleets, using only what comes in the kit. It is short enough to do while waiting at a pickup.

  • Air it. Open both rear doors for a minute while you work; a closed cabin holds every scent of the last trip.
  • Clear it. Remove anything left behind, check the seat-back pockets and footwells, and keep found items in a labeled bag for the dispatcher.
  • Brush it. Run a soft brush along seat seams, stitching and air vents, working dust toward the floor rather than into the leather.
  • Wipe it. Plush microfiber over seats, armrests and door pulls, folded to a clean face for each surface; flat microfiber on the inside of the windows last.
  • Feed it. Once a week, not every trip, work a small amount of leather balm into the seat bolsters and steering wheel rim, wait ten minutes and buff off.
  • Reset it. Tissue cover square on the console, a fresh bottle in each holder, pockets flat and tidy.

Microfiber cloths last longest washed warm without fabric softener, which clogs the weave, and dried on a line rather than a hot dryer.

Fleet packs

Adding up a fleet

There are no bundles or special prices here; a fleet pack is simply the price board added up. These are the two combinations fleets ask about most, with the arithmetic shown so you can check it.

  • Cabin pack, per vehicle: tissue box cover ($19) plus detailing kit ($45) comes to $64.
  • Driver pack, per driver: peaked cap ($42), unlined gloves ($36), garment bag ($29) and door-side umbrella ($27) comes to $134.

Delivery is charged once per box, so a fleet with six drivers pays six box charges, each at the rate for that driver's delivery address. The order form adds all of this up for you as you choose items, and the read-back e-mail repeats it line by line before any payment.
