Exchanges and refunds
Sending kit back, swapping a size, getting a refund
Plain terms for every item on the price board, written so a fleet manager can apply them without asking us.
The return window
You can return any item from the price board within thirty days of the date it was delivered, for any reason. Start by e-mailing [email protected] with the order details, the driver's name and what you are sending back, and we reply with the return address and a reference to put inside the parcel.
Condition
Items must come back unworn and unused, with their tags and in their original packaging. Caps may be tried on indoors for size, which is what the window is for, but a cap with a marked sweatband cannot be resold. Gloves should come back in their paper fold, clean and unmarked. A detailing kit must be unopened with the balm tin still sealed. Items made up for a particular cabin, such as bottle holders or seat-back pockets, and anything stitched with your fleet name, can only be returned if they are faulty.
Return postage
If you change your mind, you pay the postage to send the item back, and the original delivery charge is not refunded. If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, we pay: we e-mail you a prepaid return label, and we refund the original box charge as well.
Refund method and timing
Refunds go back to the same card or account used to pay through the payment link. We process them within five working days of the returned item reaching us in Fort Worth, and we e-mail you when it is done. Card issuers then need their own short spell before the credit shows; that stretch sits with them, not with us.
Exchanges
Caps and gloves are the items most often exchanged, nearly always for a size. Send the unworn item back with a note of the size you need, and the replacement size goes out to the driver the day the first one lands back with us, once, at our expense. If the size you need is out of stock, we tell you how long it will be and you can choose to wait or take a refund instead.
Faulty or damaged items
If a seam opens, a stitch lets go or a part fails in normal use within ninety days of delivery, send a photo to the mailbox. We replace the item or refund it, whichever you prefer, and we pay the postage both ways. Damage in transit is covered on the delivery page: a photo within seven days is all we need.
What is not covered
Ordinary wear, a cap left on a hot dashboard, gloves dried on a heater, and umbrellas bent in winds no canopy is built for are not treated as faults. If in doubt, ask us first and we will tell you honestly how we see it.
Ready when your drivers are
Order with the sizes you have measured, and if one is wrong, the swap is simple.
