The shift bag
Any driver who has worked a double knows the moment: a long run in the heat, a short turnaround, and the next passenger expects a fresh collar. Our suit garment bag is built for that change. It is woven poly-cotton rather than plastic, so a shirt packed slightly damp does not sweat inside it, and it runs full-length with a zip down the front so a jacket goes in on its hanger without folding. There is room for a suit and two shirts, plus a flat inner pocket for a tie and a spare pair of gloves.
Hang the bag from the rear grab handle or lay it flat across the trunk floor on top of the organizer, never folded in half under a case. If the bag picks up road dust, sponge it and let it air out; the fabric breathes better clean.
A trunk is shared space. The driver's kit — the garment bag, a spare umbrella, the detailing kit, a bottle of water for the passenger — has to live somewhere, and it should never end up underneath someone's suitcase. The organizer is a folding box with stiff board walls and a non-slip base that grips trunk carpet. A sliding divider splits it into two sections: one for the driver's own things, one for loose items that would otherwise roll. It folds flat in seconds when a passenger arrives with more luggage than expected.
Most drivers set it against the back seat wall of the trunk, leaving the full floor nearest the opening clear for passengers' bags. That way your kit stays put, and the loading space is the first thing a passenger sees when the lid lifts.
Handling luggage
We do not move anyone's luggage for them — we supply the kit — but fleets often ask us what a good routine looks like, so here is the one we pack the organizer around.

A door-side umbrella has to cover two people at once: the driver holding it and the passenger stepping out. That is why ours measures 62 inches across the canopy. It has a double canopy with a vented upper layer, so a gust lifts through it rather than turning it inside out, and fiberglass ribs that flex instead of snapping. The handle is a straight, matte grip that a gloved hand can hold steady. It comes in plain black with nothing printed on it.
The step most drivers forget is the wet umbrella afterward. Each umbrella ships with its own sleeve: close the canopy, slide it into the sleeve and stand it in the door pocket or the trunk, and the water stays off the upholstery and the passenger's coat. Open it fully to dry at the end of the shift, never closed and wet overnight.
Garment bags, organizers and umbrellas pack into the same per-driver box as caps and gloves, so one order covers a whole shift's carry kit.
